We don’t like waiting for support, and neither should you. We offer text based support during our business hours; 9-5 MT. If you message us outside these hours, we’ll respond first thing the next day.

What should I do?

If your tracking links reports an order has been delivered, but you can’t find your package here’s what you should do:

  • Wait a day or so. We know… It’s annoying to discover your package is missing. Sometimes packages get marked as delivered by accident, or get delivered to the wrong address. Waiting a day or so may be all you need to receive your package. 
  • Contact your local USPS office. Oftentimes the quickest way to get this resolved is just to head into your local USPS. They are usually very friendly and can help you track things down without waiting too long!
  • Contact us with the below form. Our team will open an inquiry with USPS. These can take a while, so it’s important you try your best to work things on your own as well!
